Able Life offers free standard shipping to the lower 48 states. Two-day shipping and overnight shipping are available for most items. We will send you an email with your tracking details as soon as your item leaves our building.

Able Life products can be registered for a 1-year guarantee, meaning if you are unsatisfied with a product within the first year of ownership, a customer service agent will work with you to ensure your complete satisfaction.

After a product is registered it is covered by our 1-year guarantee.

Our guarantee does not include normal wear and tear items such as brake pads, hand grips, wheels, ski glides, etc. Replacements parts are available for purchase as needed.

Upon arrival, returned items will be inspected to ensure all original parts and/or pieces are included in the return. What are the differences in the Standard and Short sizes?

The Space Saver Walker comes in two different sizes: Standard and Short. The standard version can be adjusted in height between 32″ and 38″ to fit most users 5'6″-6'3″ while the short version can be adjusted in height between 28″ and 33″ to fit users most 4'11"-5'7″. Please note, recommended user heights are an estimation and can be influenced by various factors, including arm length and body type.

To know which size is best for you, let your hands naturally hang to the side of your body and measure the distance from your wrists to the floor. When adjusting a rollator to the appropriate height, you should set the handles even with your wrists when hanging at your side to allow for a comfortable and natural bend in the elbow.

Is assembly required?

The Space Saver Walker comes ready to use right out of the box. Simply remove the walker from the packaging, unfold, and adjust the handle height.

To find the appropriate handle height:

- Stand next to the rollator with your arms hanging naturally to your side
- Set the handles to match your wrists
- This allows for a natural bend in the elbow when using the rollator
